First of all, congratulations and a big welcome to all new members! As for the seniors, welcome back! Today was our first meeting for the year 2010 and we were glad to see the good response from the new members and existing members as well. It will be good for all of us as a part of Itanium Solutions to go through the challenges awaitng us ahead, learn and also experience the fun through our activities and events together. Based on the interview conducted, we concluded that most of our new members did not have a clear idea or expectations on what they expect to learn in Itanium Solutions. To start off the day, we had a short introduction on our club. Who we are? Of course, we are Catholic High's premiere computer club. Our goal is to let our members understand the computer in and out. Next, we had a simple exercise to warm everyone up. From the exercise, it was found that majority of our members do know quite well on basic knowledge of computers. Here are some interesting facts: Most of us..... Here are some general knowledge that we discussed: 1. bit, byte, kilobyte (KB), megabyte (MB), gigabyte (GB), terabyte, betabyte, exabyte.... Reminders:
