In the wake of the recent ban of massive upload sites by the Malaysian Government, many web users have suffered from the sudden block up of sites once relied upon i times of trouble. But fear not, for as a counter to this perilous act, I have decided to unveil a trick from my sleeves - Proxies To put it simply, proxying is the act of using an intermediatery to communicate with your target. (That was simple?) Proxies exist in almost any form of act that involves one party communicating with another, whether it's business, sales etc..... But today, I'm hear to talk about Web ProxiesStill confused? Alright, let me put it this way: In general, when a country decides to give a site the boot, they will set up a network net, similar to a fishing net, to snare up any incoming traffic from said sites (ex:megaupload.com). By using web proxies, access to the site would be disguised as another site, and allow it to slip through the net untouched. Simple How does this work? Pretty basically, you access a proxy site, and enter in the site you wish to visit. That way, your site will piggyback the flow of traffic from the proxy and get through customs without biting the bullet. And so, always remember, whatever government throw up, never fear, for as they say, when there is a will, there is always a hack or bypass or crack to get around it....
