This is an important update for all club members, especially AJK:

Last night, at 8:00 pm GMT+8, I received word of an unauthorized meeting scheduled to occur at 9:30 the next morning. This meeting occurred in violation of administration protocols and was, whether intentional or not, a direct insult to the administrative council of Itanium Solutions. This unauthorized gathering with the council of the Creative Society potentially jeopardized future relations with said party and was a blatant trespassing of authority. In response, I would like to declare and restate several important policies that must and will be upheld by all respectable high council members of Itanium Solutions:

One, all AJKs are to obey the chain of command at all times. Under no circumstances are any council members allowed to organize any formal or even informal society related events without prior notification of either the Vice or the President. This is not an action of an authoritarian nature but a grave and strict policy that must be upheld under any circumstances to maintain the order, communication and function of the council. This notification must occur at least 4 days before said event and will not recieve clearance without prior permission from either the Vice or the President. For convinience, specific details are not required but very much appreciated.

Second, in response to many years of complications, I respectfully request all Itanium AJKs to remain active and in contact at all times. Whether by phone, email, facebook etc....., all Itanium council members must remain reachable. All major club events, updates and more will now be accompanied by website updates, facebook group updates and e-mail. In urgent situations, i may also resort to phone calls in an effort to contact you. All AJKs that have not submitted your e-mail addresses, please do so immediately. Lack of knowledge of events will no longer be acceptable. Chack the site, check facebook, check your mail. I will personally guarantee you that at least one of these will contain an update, if not all.

Failure to obey any of the above policies can and may result in temporary or permanent suspension from the Council. If you truly have the club's interest at heart, you will obey and follow the policies given.
